First, if the bag is still in all of its original packaging and has not been opened then you can return it to Amazon.
The easiest way to send us back the new and unopened sleeping bag is to place a return order. You need to go into your Amazon account and open up your orders. Select the order that includes the Hyke & Byke sleeping bag and then click the button next to the product titled "Return or replace item". You will be required to tell Amazon why you are returning the sleeping bag and you can generally select unwanted. You will then be fully refunded and provided a shipping label to return your bag in all the original packaging (plastic protective bag and cardboard shipping box). Using the original shipping packaging will aid Amazon in restocking the item appropriately.
Second, if the bag has been opened and is still in like-new condition, then I would ask that you send it back to us directly. Send in your purchase to us at this address:

Please include a copy of this email in the return box with your purchase so I know how to handle your return accordingly if this is the necessary return method. This will aid us in the refund process.
Lastly, if the bag has been opened and slept in leaving it now in a used condition we can not accept the return.
