So sorry that you have not yet received your order. The shipping carrier informed us through Amazon that it has been delivered, but please allow up to 48 hours for the package to show up. Rest assured, this occasionally happens. If your order is not delivered within 2 days then please reach out to Amazon Customer Support as we ship all of our products out of their fulfillment centers. The Amazon Customer service is excellent and they will be more than happy to help you track down your order. If you run into any problems then we will be completely willing to take action on your behalf.
